AREL Middle School follows the best educational programs and the applications followed throughout the world, by focusing on the question ‘How does a student best learn?’. This embraces the understanding of student-centred education. AREL Middle School is an aouthorized world school implementing Middle Years Programme (MYP) of International Baccalaureate Organization. Our educational program aims to prepare students both for life and for the next level of education. Our educational program is developed considering students’ academic, social, cultural and physical developments. It is carried out thorough modern teaching methods and project based learning in order to enhance individual differences and reveal students’ creativity as well as to make the learning easier and more enjoyable. 

AREL Middle School, besides an intensive English program, with our Turkish and foreign teaching staff, selective (German or Spanish) language teaching also starts. Courses and study times are held to support students’ learning. Special study programs and preparation studies are developed and carried out to prepare students for national academic exams. 

AREL Middle School has the application of subject area classrooms. Thanks to this application, subject teachers have the opportunity of teaching in the classrooms that are designed solely for that subject. Consequently, an effective teaching environment is created in which the students are constantly active.

Student clubs in various scientific, social, cultural, artistic and sport fields provide them with opportunities to develop new interests and improve themselves in different fields. Extracurricular involvement allows them to link their academic knowledge with the practical experience, thereby leading to a better understanding of their own abilities, talents, and goals.

From early classes onwards, AREL students take part in social responsibility projects that they choose themselves, where students participate as caring individuals towards the environment they belong to and the circumstances of the world they live in. The campaigns organized continue the whole year with the participation of our parents.

AREL students are educated in the smart classrooms equipped with the latest technological devices and interactive smart boards. Students continue their education in a large, modern and well-equipped school campus consisting of two buildings, the main school building and Sports & Culture Complex. The campus includes open and semi-open areas with soft rubber flooring.
