Today, we need kindness, friendship and sharing more then ever. By sharing our pain, joy, and our food, it gets easier  to overcome difficulties and endure hardship. The more joy and beauty are shared, the bigger they become. Likewise, pain and sadness become smaller as they are shared. For this reason, we chose “sharing” as the theme of our 2nd Traditional Fairy Tale Writing Competition, which was organized to further strengthen our children's connection with fairy tales. Our award ceremony was held on 18 April with the participation of distinguished writers such as Aytül Akal, Habib Bektaş and Toprak Işık who were a part of the board of judges.

The awards given were as follows:
Incentive award: With his tale "There is strength in unity", Darev Tashan, Feriköy Private Armenian Middle School
Special award of the selection committee: "Sharing Saves Lives" by Astğik Hakverdiyan, Feriköy Private Armenian Middle School  
Third place: With her tale “The Gate to Happiness”, Zehra Daim, Arev Schools
Second place: With her tale “Sharing is All That Matters”, Zeynepsu Altun, AREL Private Middle School with the tale
First place: “All in Good Time" by Imge Nil Çıtak, Şişli Terakki Private Middle School
